A credit card is required to hold this appointment. If you are a no show for this appointment or don’t cancel within the allotted time, you will be charged the full appointment price.

This 45 minute appointment includes a REAMS urine and saliva test, as well as a consultation. You can also schedule a re-check anytime you want to check in on how your body is doing.

If you have scheduled The Works appointment, the first re-check is included.
