About Your Health is a natural wellness clinic in Columbia, South Carolina focused on nutrition and health education.

Established over 18 years ago by Lois Bradley and Yvonne Lucas, About Your Health offers services such as Nutritional Counseling, Thermography and Live / Dry Blood Cell Observation.  These services, plus many others offered here, help put good health back into your hands.

Lois Bradley, BSN,MSN,FNP,CNC,CTT - Hello! I’m a South Carolina native. I have always been an animal lover, but my love for people blossomed when I became a nurse.

Life for me was lots of fun until I overstepped the boundary of excess and my health took a turn for the worse. Traditional medicine offered very limited results and no hope for recovery. Engaging in therapies to allow the body to heal itself was a life changing event for me, and one that I use daily so I can share my knowledge from “both sides of the fence.”

My passion for helping people take charge of their own health is always in the forefront. We make your time at About Your Health an educational one while helping you understand the true power for good health that we all own. Jennifer Skubic -  I am the newest member of the About Your Health team. It was a chance meeting that brought me here. For years I have been interested in natural ways of healing. Working at About Your Health has provided, by far, the best resource for learning new and traditional healing knowledge. I work mostly at the front desk making appointments, answering questions, helping customers with our various services and keeping our website & Facebook page up to date.  I look forward to sharing what I learn with you.
